Meet Denise and Mark Hadley

Denise Hadley, owner of Full30Fit, is a certified Master Trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and an MBA. She’s passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their health goals. Denise is also pursuing her Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner certification.

Mark Hadley, a retired 26-year Air Force officer, brings his passion for fitness and experience as a former Division 1 Squash player and competitive volleyball athlete to Full30Fit.

TRAINERS

Christina

Coach Christina brings years of experience coaching youth sports. An ACE Certified Personal Trainer and lifelong figure skater, she loves working out to boost strength. She enjoys hiking, volleyball, triathlons, and spending time with her family.

Greta

Coach Greta, a collegiate track and field athlete and Exercise Science major, brings her athletic expertise to every session. Hailing from Colorado Springs, Greta is also an avid Chicago Cubs fan, balancing fitness with her love for sports.

Lola

Coach Lola has been coaching at Full30Fit for 3 years and is a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach, working toward Level 2. A former dancer turned national and international weightlifter, she’s passionate about helping others perfect their form.

Amy

Coach Amy, a lifelong athlete, played college softball and volleyball. She became a Fit Body Boot Camp coach in 2019 after winning a competition. With coaching experience at both high school and college levels, she’s passionate about helping others reach their goals.

Tobias

Coach Tobias has 4 years of experience in powerlifting and sports coaching. With a background in football and track, he is a nationally ranked powerlifter aiming for his pro card. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his fiancé.
